I have been associated with Mother Lode Christian School since 1980 when I first moved here with my family. As a former elementary and middle school student, a parent of two sons who attended Mother Lode Christian School, and a current Board member, I believe strongly in the value of a Christian based education for our children and our community. It is a privilege to serve Mother Lode Christian School in this capacity as we diligently work towards providing a solid education in an environment that nurtures and encourages each of our ongoing personal relationships with our Savior.

I have been married for 24 years to Joshua McKernan, and my sons Jace and Jaden, are currently in high school. My education includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate. I am currently practicing law while my husband is stationed at the California Highway Patrol office here in Tuolumne County. It truly is a blessing to be here and give back to this community and especially this beautiful school.
